We manage the sourcing and coordination of all materials required for the build, including windows, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and specialist finishes. Using trusted suppliers, we ensure materials are appropriate, high quality and delivered at the right time to keep the project moving efficiently.

Our role includes programming works, coordinating specialist trades, managing deliveries, overseeing health and safety, and ensuring all work aligns with agreed plans and specifications. We act as your single point of contact, providing clear communication and regular updates throughout the build.
